· Perform secretarial and office administrative duties
· Control over daily checking department attendance
· Follow up repair and maintenance of office supplies and equipment
· Verify office expenses and payments
· Ordering groceries and maid supplies.
· Respond to employee questions regarding administration
· Check and prepare monthly employees, accommodation and office assets report
· Assist in the planning and organization of employee events
· Performing other assignments as requested by executive
· Respond all administrative tasks
· Managing security performing of all branches
· Manage the repair and maintenance of computer and office equipment including building maintenance and ensure it in safe and clean environment.
